Mounds State Park’s Full Moon Hikes are moderate, one-hour hikes that may include stairs and rough terrain. Hikers meet outside the Visitor Center and should bring only red-light flashlights. Leashed, well-behaved dogs and cats are welcome, and the gift shop sells a glow-in-the-dark Full Moon Hike shirt from the Friends of Mounds State Park.
The hikes are included with the park entrance fee.
