Autumn Limited Train Ride

The Autumn Limited is a three-hour, diesel-powered fall train ride aboard vintage passenger cars through Northeast Indiana and into Southeast Michigan. Departing from Pleasant Lake, Indiana, the train travels through the countryside before changing directions near Reading, Michigan. There are no stops or layovers, so passengers remain aboard for the full round trip.

Several seating experiences are available, from Deluxe Coach and open-window cars to First Class, historic Pullman accommodations, private suites and private cars. Depending on the ticket selected, passengers may enjoy seasonal treats, complimentary coffee and refreshments, or chef-prepared small plates. A cash bar is also available for guests age 21 and older.

Passengers may bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks. Pets are not permitted, but service animals are welcome.

The Autumn Limited runs Friday through Sunday, October 23-25, 2026.

• Saturday, October 24: 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
• Sunday, October 25: 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
• Duration: Approximately 3 hours
• Departure Location: Pleasant Lake, Indiana

Return times are approximate. The morning trip is scheduled to return at 12:30 p.m., and the afternoon trip is scheduled to return at 5:30 p.m.

Tickets & Reservations

Ticket prices vary by seating class and accommodation. Options include Deluxe Coach, open-window seating, First Class, Pullman Class, private suites and private cars. Group rates and business charters are also available.

• Children age 3 and younger: May ride free without occupying a seat in Deluxe Coach only.
• Accessibility: ADA-specific seating is available in Deluxe Coach.
• Premium Accommodations: Select First Class and premium tickets include additional food, beverages or other amenities.
