2023 Colts Training Camp Kicks off July 26

Get ready for some pre-season football action this summer! The highly anticipated Colts Training Camp is just around the corner, which kicks off Wednesday, July 26 at Grand Park Sports Campus in Westfield, about 15 miles north of Indianapolis. With exciting opportunities for kids and families and the chance to get up close and personal with the players, this summer’s Training Camp is an event you’ll want to add to your summer bucket list.

The Colts Training Camp, now in its fifth year at Grand Park, is dedicated to providing fans with greater access and family-friendly entertainment. This year, the Colts will host 13 open practices in July and August, allowing the public to attend free of charge.

2023 Colts Training Camp Theme Days

To add an extra dose of excitement, Colts camp will feature a series of theme days, highlighting various local groups, organizations and fans, and providing fun activities for the whole family. The full details of these exciting theme days will be released later this summer, but fans can already look forward to special days that include:

July 26: Camp Kickoff, presented by Koorsen Fire & Security

July 28: Kids’ Day

July 29: Back Together Weekend

August 1: Salute to Service Day

August 3: Youth Sports Day

August 6: Give Back Sunday

August 10: Fan Appreciation Day

What is Colts City?

Reutrning to Grand Park, Colts City is an 85,000 square foot multi-purpose asphalt pad and Play 60 turf field adjacent to the Colts practice fields, which will allow fans to enjoy Colts City activities and team practices more conveniently. Colts City will be open every day practice is open to the public and will offer a variety of engaging experiences, including:

  • The Colts Play 60 Field, where fans can participate in football drills, 40-yard dash and punt returns
  • Colts in Motion, The team’s interactive traveling experience, presented by Belle Tire
  • Colts Inflatables

  • Photo Opportunities. With Blue and Colts Cheerleaders
  • Interactive Partner Displays and Exhibits

2023 Pre-Season Highlights

The Colts have even more in store for fans, with a rare chance ot witness the players’ skills in action alongside another NFL team.

  • Joint practices with the Chicago Bears. These evening practices – on Wednesday, August 16 and Thursday, August 17 – will be open to the public and will take place in advance of the teams’ preseason game on Saturday, August 19 at Lucas Oil Stadium. The Colts will also take part in joint practices with the Philadelphia Eagles in Philadelphia.

In the case of inclement weather, a practice may be moved indoors to the Grand Park Event Center. Due to capacity limits, only a limited number of fans may be allowed inside to watch practice.
