Child Advocates will host its annual Superhero Run on Sunday, June 24, 2018 at Fort Harrison State Park. Registration is live and we are calling all superheroes to join us!
The Superhero Run is an annual fundraiser to support Child Advocates’ mission to ensure every child in Indianapolis has a safe and secure home free of abuse. Child Advocates speaks up for abused and neglected children by empowering our community to volunteer as advocates for them in the court system. When the state steps in to protect a child’s safety, a judge appoints Child Advocates to make independent and informed recommendations in the child’s best interest. Last year, Child Advocates was appointed to nearly 10,000 child abuse cases in Marion County alone.
With that being said, we need you, your friends and family to suit up as your favorite superheroes and come walk, run or fly with us at the 2018 Superhero Run!
Race day will include fun activities for kids, vendors, music and lots of prizes!
