2015 Pumpkin Patch Guide

Each fall, families throughout the Midwest leave the conveniences of the city behind and head to open fields in search of the perfect pumpkin. Fortunately, families in Hamilton County don’t have to trek far. There are a number of pumpkin patches in and around Hamilton County. Others are a bit further away. Each has something special to offer. Below we break down the options:

In Hamilton County
Russell Farms Pumpkin Patch

Admission includes: Hayrides to the pumpkin patch, large 10 acre scavenger hunt corn maze, small 5 acre scavenger hunt corn maze, farm animals, miniature golf, pedal tractors, pedal carts for small children, teenagers, and adults, giant play area for kids and adults, lasso a bull, football fun, and loads of other great games and activities!

Spencer Farm

The autumn pumpkin harvest season runs the entire month of October. We offer hayrides to the pumpkin patch on weekends. We also offer school field trips during the week. You will find everything you need from corn stalks & straw bales to freshly made carmel apples!

Stoneycreek Farm

Hours: September 26th through October 31st, 2015. We are open to the public from 10 am – 5 pm.

The 73 acre farm is full of wide open space where families can connect and enjoy relaxed farm fun activities, both educational and entertaining, such as picking a pumpkin from our patch, hayrides, corn mazes, visiting with barnyard friends and autumn treats in our farm store.

Enjoy a fun-filled family weekend at Smith Family Farms Pumpkin Patch! They’ve got pumpkins, that’s for sure. But there’s more! A full playground for the kids to enjoy. A family favorite is the pick-your-own Pumpkin Patch.  The patch is open every day usually beginning around the last weekend in September.

Tuttle Orchards

Bring your whole family to the 8-acre pumpkin patch located just east of Indianapolis. Pumpkin Patch is open from September 26-October 31, 2015. Tuttle Orchard also offer lots of other fall activities for Indianapolis area families to enjoy.
