Two Free Summer Concerts at Holliday Park

There’s something special about hearing live music in the open air—and this summer, Holliday Park offers two opportunities to enjoy just that. Set against a backdrop of lush greenery and historic ruins, these free outdoor concerts invite the community to gather for relaxing evenings filled with beautiful music and a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re a fan of classical music or just looking for a unique way to spend a summer evening, these concerts are a great way to unwind and experience some of Indy’s best live performances.

Symphony in the Park with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra

The Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra returns to Rock the Ruins for a powerful night of music under the stars. Bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy a mix of timeless classics and modern favorites in one of Indy’s most scenic outdoor venues.

Please note: No outside food or drinks are allowed at this event.
Beverages are available for purchase at multiple bar stations throughout the venue. General Admission guests may purchase cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages from the bar located at the perimeter of the premium section near the ruins.

A variety of local food vendors will be on site, including:

General admission is free, but upgrades are available for those who want a more comfortable experience. Upgrade options include soft seating, complimentary drinks, early entry, air-conditioned restrooms, and private entrances. On-site parking, rental chairs, and express exit parking are also available as add-ons.

Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra at the Ruins

The Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra will bring a relaxed, family-friendly concert to Holliday Park with a performance at The Ruins. This intimate evening of chamber music classics is perfect for all ages. Pack a picnic, bring a blanket, and enjoy live music in a peaceful, park setting. Registration is encouraged to receive weather-related updates.

This concert is part of a two-night series, with the first performance taking place the evening before at Riverside Park (1856 Burdsal Pkwy, Indianapolis, IN 46202).
