Tuttle Orchard Strawberry Festival | June 5–6 | Tuttle Orchards, Greenfield | Friday and Saturday 10 a.m.–5 p.m. |  FarmYard activities $8
Tuttle Orchards marks strawberry season with fresh Indiana strawberries by the quart or flat, strawberry treats in the Farm Store and free samples through the day. Admission to the farm is free, and the $8 FarmYard pass (ages 2 and up) covers the giant slide, wagon rides, a willow maze, grain bin basketball and the toddler area. Festival-only additions include a strawberry planting station, a strawberry craft and storytime. Tuttle’s does not offer u-pick strawberries.

Rosedale Strawberry Festival | June 5–7 | Rosedale | FREE
This western Indiana small-town festival fills the weekend with a parade, pageants, a tractor show, a strawberry bake off, live music and food vendors. Friday opens at 5 p.m. with a lasagna dinner and live music, Saturday runs from 9 a.m. with the parade and bake off, and Sunday wraps up at 10 a.m. with a pet parade, a car and bike show and a strawberry eating contest. Rosedale sits about an hour and a half west of Indianapolis near Terre Haute, so plan for the drive.

Pendleton Lions Club June Jamboree | June 5–6 | Pendleton Falls Park, Pendleton
The Pendleton Lions Club runs its June Jamboree at Pendleton Falls Park with amusement rides, games and food, a tradition the club has kept up for more than 50 years. The festival is open Friday from 5 to 10 p.m. and Saturday from 1 to 10 p.m.

The Eagle Creek Park Foundation hosts a catch-and-release fishing derby for kids ages 4 to 14 at Lilly Lake. It falls on a DNR Free Fishing Day, so no license is needed and park entry is waived for families attending. Poles, bobbers and bait are provided first come, first served, and free hot dogs follow the fishing.
