We invite children 3 to 5 years of age who are potty trained to register.
We have a small class of 12, ideal for lots of one on one teaching opportunities.

We are a preschool that blends the traditional style with the Montessori method to make an inclusive and comfortable learning environment.

What is The Children’s House’s educational philosophy?

The Children’s House was founded to provide a classical education through individual instruction. Today, in an atmosphere free of competition, the child can discover his or her unique talents on the way to becoming a self-actualized individual.

3 years through 5 years

What is your enrollment policy? Are there any key dates parents should be aware of?

Open enrollment begins March 1

What are the standard school day hours? Does your school offer flexible day/hour options? Is before/after school care available?

  • school hours 9am to 3:15
  • Before care 7 am to 9 am
  • after care 3:15 to 5:30

How many children are in each class? How are children divided up?

12, 3 to 5 year olds are in the one preschool class

What is the teacher/child ratio?

1 to 12

What are the teacher’s credentials?

Mrs. Hadley has her C.D.A and her Montessori certificate.
She has taught Pre-school for 26 years

Is parental participation required?

We love parent participation but it is not required

WE try and spend at least 40 minutes a day
