It’s finally here! Shake Shack will open its first location in Indiana on Thursday April 22 at 11 am at Fishers District, located at 9701 E 116th Street. Fishers District is an artful blend of dining, retail, entertainment, and residential living, all in one location.
The Fishers District Shack will open Thursday the 22nd with the operating hours of from 11 AM – 9 PM Sunday through Thursday and 11 AM – 11 PM Friday and Saturday. The Shack will offer guests both indoor and outdoor dining options, as the Shack features a spacious outdoor patio. Guests can place orders to-go at the Shack or preorder for pickup or delivery via the Shack app. Web ordering will be available in the coming weeks.
In an exciting addition, the Fishers Shack will debut Shake Shack’s first Shack Track app-thru lane, which gives guests the ability to pick up their app and web orders without leaving the comfort of their cars. Shack Track is Shake Shack’s digital pre-ordering and fulfillment experience. Shack Track includes the ability to preorder via app or web and pick up by way of drive-up window, walk up window, curbside pick-up or in-Shack pick-up shelves.
“We are so excited to finally open our doors in Fishers District, our first location in Indiana,” says Andrew McCaughan, Chief Development Officer at Shake Shack. “The Fishers Shack is incredible — it features our first ever Shack Track Drive Up Lane, giving guests the convenient experience of ordering ahead via our digital channels and picking up their food without having to leave their cars. We’re looking forward to seeing our guests utilize this feature and we can’t wait to serve up our classics in the greater Indianapolis community!”
The Fishers Shake Shack’s menu will feature all the classics, but it will also open with some limited time offers, such as a new Avocado Bacon Burger and Avocado Bacon Chick’n Shack. The menu will also feature seasonal lemonades; Blackberry Lychee, Mango Passionade and Salted Strawberry Limeade, and featured shakes; Strawberry Rhubarb Shake and Chocolate Pudding Shake.
Shake Shack has been adapting all Shacks to ensure the safety of guests and team members. The Fishers Shack will be doubling down on the comprehensive health and safety protocols. Those include requiring team members to undergo health checks before every shift and wear a face mask and gloves at all times, sealing packaging for all to-go orders and more.
For the Fishers District opening, Shake Shack will be donating a meal to the Fisher’s Youth Assistance Program for every order placed on opening day. Fishers Youth Assistance Program (FYAP) was formed in 2014 to help strengthen youth and families through community involvement. Like other peer Youth Assistance Programs throughout Hamilton County, local volunteers develop and provide access to programs and services that promote positive growth experiences and enhance home and community relationships.
