Optimus Prime arrives; Hot Wheels closes

He walks, he talks, he towers over humans, but it will be a special young audience human who will be enlisted to help Autobats leader Optimus Prime defeat Megatron and the Decepticons when a new, live, show debuts Saturday, August 15, 2015 in The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis Atrium.
Although Transformers: Robots in Disguise exhibit recently closed, Optimus Prime vowed to stay at The Children’s Museum to engage enthralled visitors with his determination to save the galaxy. See him every Saturday and Sunday at 11am and 4pm until September 19th, with regularly scheduled performances to follow.
Meanwhile, this is the final weekend to explore Hot Wheels™: Race to Win during the 2015 racing season.
The exhibit comes to a close Sunday, August 16th but buckle your seat belts because it will zoom back to The Children’s Museum next May 7, 2016 and return each summer through 2019.
Hot Wheels™: Race to Win investigates the scientific principles of motor sports through Mattel Hot Wheels® die-cast cars and full size professional racing machines. Visits and rave reviews from professional racecar and motorcycle drivers, including 2015 Indy 500 winner Juan Pablo Montoya, inspire boys and girls and their families to compete in the exhibit pit stop challenges and Hot Wheels races all while learning more about the scientific process for designing super-fast cars and testing their own cause and effect theories.
