National Photography Contest Open to All K-12 Students

Eligible students in grades K–12 nationwide can share their art with professional photographer judges for a chance to win prize packages valued up to $1,200, thanks to a contest hosted by K12 Competitions.
Last year, one of the semi-finalists was Emily Leguire, a then-tenth grader in Indiana who’s enrolled at Indiana Gateway Digital Academy.
This year’s theme is “In Focus,” and judges hope to see what students can create with their full imagination and skill set. Categories include DLSR Lens Master, Smartphone Shots and Film Photography.
K12 Competitions spotlight student talent and creativity on a national stage. Participating students can meet peers with similar interests from across the country, connect with professional judges, and win great prizes. Plus, these competitions aren’t just for students enrolled in K12-powered schools—all eligible school-aged students across the U.S. can enter.
Students must submit their photo by 5 p.m. (ET) on Oct. 16, 2023.
