Want to choose your own toppings? Go to Arni’s, Bazbeaux’s, Sidekicks Pizza, Union Jack Broad Ripple or Whiskey Business Sports Bar & Entertainment. Overwhelmed with all the options? Let the professionals handle it. Go the flatbread route at Drake’s, munch on a Smoking Goat Pizza from Broad Ripple Brewpub or get deep-dish action at Noble Roman’s.
NUVO’s Food Editor Cavan McGinsie recommends making sure to stop by The Nook, the newest member of the Northside Social Family. Then for your other Indy Pizza Week spots, Cavan suggests: Byrne’s special is a great option if you’re looking for thin and crispy, or if you like your pizza out of the box, the Golden Pig from Hops & Fire is both adventurous and tasty.
If you’re lucky enough to live Downtown, half-price pizza will come to you if you order the Indy Pizza Week Special from ClusterTruck or Hotbox. And gamer friends: If you’re heading to #GenCon50 Aug. 17-20, both ClusterTruck and HotBox deliver to the Indiana Convention Center.
Aside from providing a great deal, Indy Pizza Week also serves as a fundraiser for Second Helpings. As with every Indy Food Week, 20 percent of restaurant registration and sponsorship fees go to the local food rescue nonprofit.
