Known for their original songs and Emmy Award-winning Disney television series, the band promises a high-energy concert experience that captivates audiences of all ages. Whether singing about playing catch, brainstorming, or making music using buckets and cans, the Imagination Movers deliver witty lyrics and an eclectic pop sensibility that encourage creativity and movement.
The group was formed in 2002 in New Orleans by four friends who decided that kids deserved music that spoke to them, not down to them. They started gathering after their own children’s bedtimes to write songs and brainstorm ideas about a music-based children’s TV show. Now, all 76 episodes of Imagination Movers are available on Disney+, and the band’s musical catalog has grown to more than 250 original songs.
