Go Ape Treetop Adventure offers Kids Go Free on June 27th

Go Ape, the nation’s leading zip line and treetop adventure course company, wants to encourage kids to get outside and have an adventure. On June 27, kids ages 15 and under will be free of charge at select course locations, when accompanied by an adult. Booking in advance is strongly recommended and spots are anticipated to fill up quickly.

“Summer was always the most exciting time when I was a kid, when I would spend almost all my time outside hiking, swimming, or just playing around my neighborhood,” said Dan D’Agostino, Go Ape USA Managing Director. “We want to make sure kids today have those same outdoor adventure opportunities. We are launching #illbeoutside to inspire kids and parents to head outdoors and create amazing memories together.”

Go Ape offers fifteen locations around the country, eleven of which will be a part of the Kids Go Free Day on June 27, 2016. So just in case you happen to be traveling away from the Indianapolis area this weekend, the Kids Go Free course locations participating include:

  • Bear, Delaware (Lums Pond State Park)
  • Indianapolis, Indiana (Eagle Creek Park)
  • Rockville, Maryland (Rock Creek Regional Park)
  • St. Louis, Missouri (Creve Coeur Park)
  • Cleveland, Ohio (Mill Stream Run)
  • Pittsburg, Pennsylvania(North Park)
  • Raleigh, North Carolina (Blue Jay Point County Park)
  • North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina (North Myrtle Beach Park & Sports Complex)
  • Memphis, Tennessee (Shelby Farms Park)

“Inspiring kids and parents to get outside is a key part of Go Ape’s mission,” added D’Agostino. “We partner with public parks in an effort to create more outdoor recreation opportunities accessible for communities around the country.”

Kids Go Free Day and Kids Go Free Week is first-come-first-served. Go Ape recommends that guests reserve their time in advance to ensure they can take full advantage of their time on the course. Mention promo code 2016KidsGoFree when making reservations.
