FREE Admission to Conner Prairie for Furloughed Federal Workers and their Families

Conner Prairie announced that starting tomorrow and running until March 10, all furloughed government workers, and their immediate family members will receive free admission to the museum.

“There are thousands of federal workers whose lives are being impacted,” said Conner Prairie President and CEO Norman Burns. “We are honored to open our doors for federal employees being affected by the government shutdown and to provide a historical learning experience that can be shared with their families.”

Conner Prairie is running a full slate of indoor programming that offers learning experiences for both children and adults, Thursdays through Sundays. Makesmith Workshop, Discovery Station and Create.Connect will continue to provide engaging activities for the entire family through the winter months.

To take advantage of the offer, you must show your valid federal government photo ID.

Conner Prairie is already offering free admission for all guests on Dr Martin Luther King Junior Day and President’s Day.
