The Athletic Club Foundation’s 44th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade, presented by the Hoosier Lottery, brings a family-friendly St. Patrick’s tradition to downtown Indianapolis. The parade features Irish-themed floats and helium balloons, marching bands, music, Irish dancers, Catholic schools, Irish organizations, and local companies and non-profits with St. Patrick’s Day themes.
Festivities also include the Indianapolis Public Safety Foundation (IPSF) Parade Tent and Block Party downtown with Irish music, food trucks, beer, and more. Both the parade and the tent party are free and open to the public, rain or shine, and the tent is heated.
Schedule Highlights
- 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.: IPSF Parade Tent and Block Party
- 11:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.: St. Patrick’s Day Parade
The parade route runs on North Street between Meridian and Pennsylvania in downtown Indianapolis.
