Spring & Easter Archives - Indy's Child Magazine

Get ready for one of our most egg-citing events of the year! Join us for our 2nd Annual Dog Easter Egg Hunt at Crate Escapes, where pups will sniff, search, and celebrate spring with hundreds of treat-filled eggs hidden throughout the park, and then enjoy a vendor fair from local participating pet-related vendors! We’re bringing it back even bigger this year with help from our amazing local partners - Dogs will get to hunt for colorful Easter eggs filled with treats, special surprises, and even the chance to find a Golden Egg with a grand prize! Easter Themed Photos Available! Don’t forget to snap a festive photo with your pup! We’ll have Easter-themed dog photos available during the event so you can capture the moment. How the Hunt Works: • The park opens at 11:00 AM and dogs will gather inside or on the dining patio before the hunt begins. • Once released into the park, dogs can start sniffing out eggs! • To keep it fun and fair for everyone, we’ll ask that each dog collects no more than 10 eggs so all pups get a chance to participate. • When the eggs are gone (or at 11:30 AM), the park will open for normal off-leash play, and our vendor fair will begin! This event is all about fun enrichment for the dogs, meeting new friends, and celebrating the season together. ___________________________________________ Remember: Humans are always FREE to come to the dog bar but must sign a waiver (once per year). Dogs must be registered with Crate Escapes and purchase a day pass ($15 for the first, $10 for each additional) or membership (starts at $35) to enter the park. Register in advance online or the Crate Escapes Dog Park Bar App! Proof of vaccines are REQUIRED to enter (rabies, distemper combo, and bordetella) If you choose to register at the door, please plan on a 10-20 minutes delay for entry.
