SausageFest 2023

Celebrating its 19th year, SausageFest at St. Thomas Aquinas has become known as the “best fest in the Midwest.” Parishioners, school families, and Butler-Tarkington neighbors have made this late summer celebration a welcoming and enjoyable event for all. The primary goal is for everyone to have a fantastic at the festival time while supporting St. Thomas, as the proceeds from the event help maintain the buildings and grounds.

Delicious Food and Drink Options

SausageFest boasts ice-cold beer from Sun King Brewery, mouthwatering sausage from L.E. Kincaid and Sons meat market, sides from Illinois Street Food Emporium, pizza from Byrnes, and an array of snacks and sweets in the Snack Shack. Non-beer drinkers can choose from wine, soda, and water. Guests aged 21 and over can enjoy their beverages in separate beer or wine gardens.

Fun Activities for All Ages

Activities for younger guests include inflatables, games, and face painting. Meanwhile, a separate chaperoned party lot keeps teens entertained with a DJ. The main stage music lineup features both returning favorites and emerging local talent, ensuring a lively atmosphere for all attendees.
