Indianapolis Opera’s Resident Artists bring a children’s opera from the company’s Sing Me a Story series to Peanut Butter & Jam. Each year the opera’s education department creates a new children’s opera, often inspired by fairy tales and fables, with a moral at the center of its story and themes such as bullying, overcoming fears, acceptance and making new friends.
Peanut Butter & Jam performances are designed for children ages 1 to 7 and take place in The Studio Theater at the Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts in Carmel. Tickets are $10 per child, and each order includes two free adult admissions.
