Yoga for Kids can help build confidence, body awareness, and focus on the breath as a tool for centering. This class series is led by Robyn, an experienced kids yoga teacher who teaches fun, playful classes that your kids will love. Classes will incorporate yoga poses, team building, stories, and meditation throughout the series.
