This introductory STEM class will explore the fundamental functions of 6 simple machines using teams structured learning. We will discuss the application of each simple machine and practice engineering skills with hands-on projects in each class. Ramps/wedges, wheels/axis, pulleys, levers, springs and screws will be covered.
