National Seed Swap Day – Jan 10
Did you know that January 29th is National Seed Swap Day? We’ll learn what seeds are worth swapping, where and when the nearest seed swap events are, and how to care for your seeds and get them to germinate!

Winter Hike Haikus – Jan 31
Let’s have a poetry reading. We will take a hike first, taking pictures of what inspires us and listen to the sounds of the winter woods. Then we will return to the nature center for hot cocoa and learn how to write a haiku. We will then use our recent hiking adventure to write a haiku and make an illustration to share with the group.
