Creativity & Confidence Series for Teen Girls

Creativity & Confidence is a 4-Week group therapy experience for teen girls ages 12-15 who want to slow down, create, and build confidence in who they are through writing, art-making, nature exploration, and mindfulness.

This 4-week experience helps teens build confidence, express themselves creatively, spend time outdoors, connect with peers in a supportive group, and learn tools for managing stress.

What? Safe space to slow down, connect & create, and build confidence in who you are.
Who? Teen girls ages 12-15. *Female-identifying *LGBTQ friendly
When? Thursdays, 4-5 PM, April 16 – May 7
Where? Rocky Ripple, Indianapolis (Address shared upon registration!)
