The Kruse Family Stardust Terrace at the History Center is the place to be on Thursday nights in downtown Indianapolis. The 2022 Concerts on the Canal series features a spectacular lineup of entertainers including Touch of Grass, 45 RPM, Everett Green and Trio, and Sizzlin’ Gregg Bacon.
Free Seating & Free Admission to Indiana History Center
While reserved tables are available for purchase, sit along the canal and enjoy the music for free. Guests can bring their own chair or blanket and sit on the grassy areas along the Central Canal.
Another FREE perk is the Indiana History Center is free on Thursdays during the summer concert season. The museum is open from 10 am to 6 pm.
Free parking at the History Center is on a first-come basis. Nearby street or garage parking is available for a fee.
TABLE RESERVATIONS
Free seating is available on the grassy area on the Canal Walk. Tables for 8 are $80, $60 for members. Tables for 4 are $60, $40 for members. Event reservations are valid for the date and/or event of issue; no rain checks will be permitted.
