Top Chef personality Chef Fabio Viviani and the Osteria by Fabio Viviani team welcome Hoosiers for a meet-and-greet lunch at Carmel’s newest Italian restaurant on Saturday, April 30 from 11a.m. – 3p.m. During lunch guests will have the opportunity to meet and chat with Fabio Viviani, enjoy delicious scratch-made food like wood fired pizzas, pastas, handhelds and more inspired by Fabio’s signature recipes with a Hoosier twist.
