Carmel on Canvas is an outdoor painting exhibition and competition held throughout Carmel. Nearly 60 artists from Indiana and surrounding states will set up easels across the Carmel Arts & Design District, Midtown, the City Hall Japanese Gardens, Carmel City Center, and Carmel Central Park.
The two-day event includes plein air contests for artists of all ages and skill levels, with divisions for professionals, non-professionals, teens, and children. Visitors can watch the artists at work and see the finished pieces displayed during the event.
