Clay Terrace’s Boo ‘n Brew Fall Festival fills the Carmel shopping center with trick-or-treating, live music and fall activities for families and their pets. Kids can trick-or-treat along Clay Terrace Boulevard and at participating retailers with a pumpkin sign in the window while candy lasts, so families should bring a tote.
The afternoon includes horse-drawn hayrides, a corn maze, a pumpkin patch with a decorating station, a bounce house, face painters, balloon twisters, a selfie station and Silly Safaris animal shows. Pumpkin carver Eric Jones, a Guinness World Record holder and winner of Food Network’s Outrageous Pumpkins, gives a live carving demonstration, and JAMBOX and Toy Factory perform on the main stage.
The CityVet Pet Zone hosts a pet costume contest, with sign-up before judging at 3 p.m. A family-friendly beer garden features Upland Brewing, Bier Brewery and Field Brewing, and food and drink vendors are on site. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
