Boat Ride for Children of Special Needs and Their Families

Children with special medical needs and their families can have a chance to leave their challenges on the docks and enjoy the freedom and joy of being on the water during this free boating event.

Hosted by Freedom Waters Foundation and in partnership with Fourwinds Lakeside Inn and Marina, Lake Monroe boat owners generously donate their time and use of their vessels to share their love of being out on the water, helping to make smiles and memories for community members who might not otherwise have this naturally therapeutic experience.

Event includes two hours out on the water, and then return for lunch and live music back on the docks.
