From bunny petting zoos to spring-inspired fashion, there is plenty family fun to hop to this Easter season. And since there are so many wonderful Easter Egg Hunt lists out there, here’s your ‘everything else Easter’ guide to get the fun started.

Try out a weekly Williams Sonoma junior cooking class.

Calling all mini chefs: Mix, whip and bake your way to some adorable Easter-themed cakes. Kids will be instructed by Williams-Sonoma employees in the art of baking + decorating. Disclaimer: We hear these Junior Chef classes are SO popular, they’re already filled up through the May. A waitlist is available and cancellations do occur so don’t hesitate to call your little cook’s name in. Best suited for ages 5-13. FREE.

Little Green Bean Boutique partners with IndyClaw Animal Rescue on this annual event where kids can pet + hold rabbits, enjoy crafts and get a free professional photo taken with bunnies of every size and color. Catch the catwalk of the Rabbits + Runways Fashion Show at the Fashion Mall.

Gather your budding fashionista: This stylish show – put on by Midwest Fashion Week – is a great way to spot Easter + spring trends for kids from up-and-coming designers and favorite children’s retail brands, all modeled by kids! Tickets are available for front-row seating at $25/ea {proceeds go to Simon Youth Foundation} or be a surrounding spectator for FREE from behind the seated area. After, snag a photo with the Easter Bunny.

Enjoy a free Easter-themed movie at Brownsburg Library. 

For some free spring break fun, the Brownsburg Library will host families for a viewing of “Hop”: A comedy featuring James Marsden as Fred, who accidentally injures the Easter Bunny and must take him in until he recovers. Movie is rated PG. Adults must accompany kids under 11. No registration required and FREE.

Grab a flashlight for the Moonlight Madness egg hunt at Broad Ripple Park. 

Don’t be afraid of the dark: The annual Moonlight Madness egg hunt at Broad Ripple Park is a lot of fun. Younger children are allowed to search with a few minutes head start, and registration confirms each child discovers a set amount of eggs. Also enjoy games, arts and refreshments inside the Family Center. Suitable for ages 3-10. Registration required; $10/child.

Curb spring fever with Carmel Clay Parks.

Get into the spring spirit at another fabulous annual event: Activities will include kite flying, an Easter egg hunt, spring craft and more. Listen to Llama Llama discover the Easter Bunny at storytime with Barnes & Noble.

This family-friendly storytime at Barnes & Noble of Greenwood will feature famous children’s storybook character Llama Llama as the Easter Bunny brings lots of treats for him. A small craft will also be available after storytime. No registration required. FREE.

Participate in a presidential Egg Roll. 

Join in for this interesting activity with the Benjamin Harrison Presidential Home downtown: An Egg Roll on the South lawn! A continental breakfast and visit with the Easter Bunny kickoff the fun, then head to the lawn for crafts, egg rolling and other games. Costs vary for members/non-members from $12.95-17.95.

It isn’t Easter until you sneak in some time with the Bunny himself. And Mr. EB would love to welcome you to Conner Prairie for a visit, egg-dyeing, science experiements with Peeps ® marshmallows and more.
