Calling all mini chefs: Mix, whip and bake your way to some adorable Easter-themed cakes. Kids will be instructed by Williams-Sonoma employees in the art of baking + decorating. Disclaimer: We hear these Junior Chef classes are SO popular, they’re already filled up through the May. Gather your budding fashionista: This stylish show – put on by Midwest Fashion Week – is a great way to spot Easter + spring trends for kids from up-and-coming designers and favorite children’s retail brands, all modeled by kids! For some free spring break fun, the Brownsburg Library will host families for a viewing of “Hop”: A comedy featuring James Marsden as Fred, who accidentally injures the Easter Bunny and must take him in until he recovers. Don’t be afraid of the dark: The annual Moonlight Madness egg hunt at Broad Ripple Park is a lot of fun. Younger children are allowed to search with a few minutes head start, and registration confirms each child discovers a set amount of eggs.
