Building Tomorrow’s Leaders Today: Etiquette & Leadership Seminars for Kids

Parents want their children to grow up confident, kind, and capable of navigating social situations with grace. The Etiquette and Leadership Institute of Indiana (ELII) is proud to offer two engaging, age-appropriate seminars this spring designed to plant the seeds of strong character and social skills in children ages 5 through 13.

The Little Ambassadors Etiquette Seminar (Ages 5–7)
Returning this April to Grace Church in Noblesville, The Little Ambassadors is a joyful, confidence-building program created specifically for young children just beginning their social journeys. Across two Saturday sessions — April 4 and 11, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM — kids will be introduced to the foundations of kindness, respect, and positive social behavior.

Through fun, interactive activities, children will practice polite words, good manners, empathy, and early leadership habits — all in a warm and encouraging setting. This seminar focuses on nurturing social skills that will serve as the building blocks for tomorrow’s leaders.

The Young Diplomat’s Etiquette and Leadership Seminar (Ages 8–13)
For older kids between 8 and 13, the Young Diplomats seminar digs deeper into the skills needed to navigate modern social settings with confidence and grace. This program invites pre-teens to explore manners and etiquette through role plays, conversations, and hands-on activities that nurture curiosity and creativity.

In a world where rudeness can feel prevalent—from school hallways to social media—this seminar equips children to rise above with poise and respect. Through this growth-focused experience, young participants learn practical social skills that empower them to lead with kindness and confidence.
