All aboard the Music Express! The Indianapolis Children’s Choir is hosting a FREE open house on Thursday, September 22, starting at 6 p.m. This is the perfect opportunity to find out all about the ICC and what we can offer your child.
At our open house, you will take a musical journey through the wide range of programs the ICC has to offer for children ages 18 months to 18 years. As you visit each station, you will get your ticket punched while you see and hear portions of Early Childhood and Preparatory classes, view choir rehearsals, and participate in a drum circle. You’ll also learn about all the ICC’s performance opportunities (from concerts, to community functions and sporting events, to tours overseas) and finally have the opportunity to audition for placement in one of our choirs. Then you will end your journey by turning in your fully punched ticket for some ice cream!
In addition to finding out about individual programs and choirs, you will be able to speak with ICC directors and staff about everything from uniforms, to going on tour, to performing around the city – anything you might want to know.
Individual start times are every 15 minutes, beginning at 6 p.m. In order to ease congestion, tickets for each start time are limited (and required), but they are also completely FREE! Click here to learn more and sign up for a time that works best for you.

Currently in its 31st season, the Indianapolis Children’s Choir has grown to become one of the largest children’s choirs in the world. Under the leadership of Artistic Director Joshua Pedde, the ICC serves more than 5,000 Central Indiana children from pre-school age through high school.
