As they approach the 18th year of SausageFest at St. Thomas Aquinas, there is not much that needs to be said about the “best fest in the Midwest!” Their parishioners and school families, along with our neighbors in Butler-Tarkington and beyond, have made SausageFest an amazing late summer celebration where all are welcome, and fun is had by everyone.

The #1 goal is for everyone to have fun and enjoy themselves to the fullest. SausageFest is a truly important event for St. Thomas. With all the hard work of their planning committee and volunteers, 100% of the proceeds generated from SausageFest stay at St. Thomas and help maintain the buildings and grounds.
SausageFest features ice-cold beer from Sun King Brewery, delicious sausage from L.E. Kincaid and Sons meat market, sides from Illinois Street Food Emporium, pizza from Byrnes, and snacks and sweets in the Snack Shack. Wine is available for the non-beer drinkers, plus soda and water. The 21+ crowd can choose to enjoy their beverages in separate beer or wine gardens.
They have activities for young guests that include inflatables, games, and face painting and a separate chaperoned party lot for teens with a DJ. The main stage music lineup includes returning favorites as well as emerging local talent.
