If this is your first pregnancy or you’re planning on becoming pregnant, as part of our Guiding You Maternity Program, Franciscan St. Francis Health invites you to attend one of our Pregnancy 101 events. We want you to be confident in knowing all of the information you need for pregnancy and beyond. Our pregnancy health care experts will answer your questions and help you navigate this new and exciting journey to motherhood!
Pregnancy topics include: breastfeeding basics, healthy eating for mom, what to expect in the delivery room, navigating pregnancy and beyond, choosing a pediatrician and ask the doc!
The event is FREE, but seating is limited. Registration is required. A light dinner and non-alcoholic beverages will be served. Attendees will receive a Vera Bradley zip ID case.
