Song for Everyone, Everywhere with the ICC

The Indianapolis Children’s Choir (ICC) provides a safe and inclusive environment that
encourages singers to come together to embrace their potential, express themselves boldly,
and strive for excellence – on stage and off.

The ICC is recognized as one of the largest youth choirs in the country, serving youth and
children aged 18 months through 12th grade. Yes, they offer music experiences for children in preschool, kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high school!

The ICC is much more than just singing. Singers make new friends from across central Indiana, encounter and appreciate cultural differences, learn to be responsible and professional, and work as a part of a team to make a positive difference in the community. Best of all, children can get involved at any time because they accept singers year-round for a variety of programs.

And it’s not all in one place either—the ICC offers choirs across the Indianapolis metropolitan area and central Indiana. They have programs on offer in Anderson, Avon, Brownsburg, Carmel, Columbus, Danville, Fishers, Greenwood, Zionsville, and in Indianapolis both on campus at Butler University and at the ICC Performing Arts Center.

How to get involved:

– Weekly choirs: There are weekly ensembles for kindergarteners through high school,
and weekly classes for preschoolers too.
– Day experiences: Preschool Outreach Program for little learners, Boost Camp for
kindergarteners, and Young Exceptional Singers Day for grades 1-3.
– Camps: The ICC hosts two different weeks of summer camp in June and July, plus a
fall break camp. All of the camps infuse leadership, music theory, movement, and
more into a schedule packed with singing that culminates with a performance for
family and friends.
