Join the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra at Hilbert Circle Theatre on October 26th for The Teddy Bear Concert Series! This series is designed specifically for children ages 3-7, introducing them to the instruments of the orchestra through storytelling, movement, and live music.
During the event, The ISO will celebrate “The Big Note” Book Launch and 10 years of the Teddy Bear Concert Series! It will feature a full performance of both The Big Note and The Monkey’s Jungle Jam. Children and family members will have the opportunity to move along to live music played by ISO musicians. The stories feature over 10 different instruments of the orchestra!
There will be both pre- and post-performance activities including opportunities to engage with ISO musicians, try new instruments, make arts and crafts, pet live animals, and of course, purchase the new book with a personalized signature from Victoria Kintner Griswold (author) and Sharon Vargo (illustrator)!
