Score $4 Movie Tickets on National Cinema Day

If you haven’t been to the movie theatre in a while, now is your chance! National Cinema Day is this Sunday, August 27 — a day when you’ll be able to catch up on the latest films for $4 per ticket in movie theaters nationwide.

What is National Cinema Day?

The second annual National Cinema Day will be held Sunday, Aug. 27, 2023. For one day, all movies — in all formats and at all showtimes — will be $4 at participating theaters. More than 3,000 theaters are participating, including the leading chains AMC and Regal.

Which Movie Theaters are Participating?

Regal Theaters, with multiple locations around Central Indiana, is taking part in the celebration. Guests can see any movie in any format at any Regal theatre for just $4. Plus, you can also enjoy a small popcorn and small soda combo for just $4.

AMC Theatres, also with multiple locations around Indy, is offering $4 tickets all day on National Cinema Day, including Dolby Cinema, IMAX and RealD 3D films. Small popcorn and fountain drink combos are just $5.

When Can I Purchase Tickets?

Tickets are on sale now for National Cinema Day movies. For the best selection and best seats, buying your tickets in advance of Sunday is recommended.
