In a time of general confusion and anxiety, it’s comforting to see people helping.
A number of celebrities are stepping up amidst the COVID-19 crisis to help however they can, including Josh Gad and Mo Willems.
Jennifer Garner and Amy Adams are joining in with their launching of “Save With Stories” in partnership with Save the Children and No Kid Hungry. The series features celebrities reading children’s stories out loud to educate, entertain, and distract kids who are home-bound during social distancing.
In exchange, Jennifer and Amy are asking for a little something from you:
“Your donation to Save the Children and No Kid Hungry will help make sure schools and community programs have the support they need to keep feeding vulnerable children during the pandemic, as well as provide books, games and other educational materials, along with afterschool and summer programs, to help kids make up for lost time in the classroom. Additionally, your donation will help Save the Children meet the health, education and nutrition needs of kids in other countries impacted by coronavirus.”
