Need a break? Of course! We all do. From Barbie™ to extreme weather to an extraordinary Halloween event, there’s something for everyone this fall break. Special exhibits and experiences include:

Barbie™You Can Be Anything™: The Experience (open now)

Learn from real-life female role models like Amelia Earhart, Katherine Johnson, Laurie Hernandez, Florence Nightingale, and Ella Fitzgerald. Children and their grown-ups can explore 11 different careers, including a high-flying pilot, a fearless surfer, a robotics engineer, and a wildlife photographer as they discover what role type best fits their own career interest. It is presented by Subway® and supported by Franklin Pest Solutions and KinderCare Learning Centers.

The Children’s Museum Guild’s wild, whacky, and wonderful witches are determined to provide something memorable—Monster MASKarade! Every weekend in October, the witches have special activities planned for those who want to participate in ghoulish games outside in a safe, socially distanced way. Monster MASKarade takes place Friday evenings from 6–8 p.m. and Saturday mornings 8–10 a.m. throughout October outside in Riley Children’s Health Sports Legends Experience®. Organized by The Children’s Museum Guild, Monster MASKarade is presented by Old National Bank.
