We will celebrate Valentine’s Day by creating art inspired by American artist Jim Dine. First, we will observe the forest in winter as we practice drawing the trees using various materials, including pens, charcoal, graphite, and oil pastels. We will choose our favorite landscape sketch to create a finished work, including an oil pastel heart of our own creation. Next, we will combine collage techniques with blending skills to create a heart-shaped op art masterpiece! Best for ages 6-14. Registration is required.
