Families are invited to celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day at the Eiteljorg Museum with free admission for all visitors. Guests can honor Dr. King’s legacy through art, culture, and community-focused activities, including a special community drum circle performance that highlights the unifying power of rhythm and music. Throughout the day, visitors of all ages can take part in hands-on art-making projects designed to encourage creativity and reflection.
This day also offers a final chance this season to experience Fifth Third Bank Jingle Rails: The Great Western Adventure, a model train exhibit that features detailed landscapes and familiar landmarks from the American West and Indianapolis. It is a family-friendly way to enjoy art, culture, and exploration while spending meaningful time together on a day of unity and remembrance.
Schedule Highlights
