Fishers Parks Lu’au 

Fishers Parks brings island-inspired fun to Geist Waterfront Park with its annual Fishers Lū’au. This free event showcases aspects of a Polynesian lū’au through food, music, live entertainment, beach activities and family-friendly experiences throughout the evening.

Guests can enjoy a lei greeting, photo opportunities, a 360 photo booth, DJ music, guided beach games, crafts and demonstrations, temporary tattoos, swimming with lifeguards on duty, and food, beverage and treat vendors. Lanakila’s, based out of Orlando, Florida, will provide the featured stage entertainment, including performances representing various islands, wardrobe changes, fire performances, crowd interaction and audience participation.

VIP parking at Geist Waterfront Park is available for $25 per vehicle, with passes purchased online and picked up in advance at designated Fishers Parks locations. Free parking and shuttle service are also available from Grace Church at 12450 Olio Road in Fishers. Car seats are not permitted on the shuttle, and strollers must be folded for transport.

Schedule Highlights

• 5:30 p.m. – shuttle service begins

• 7 p.m. – pre-lū’au entertainment
• 8 p.m. – Lanakila’s Lū’au performances, including representation of various islands, wardrobe changes, fire performances, and crowd interaction and participation
