Falloween at McCormick’s Creek State Park starts with Buck’s Dead and Breakfast in the Nature Center parking lot, where families can decorate spider donuts ($5) and buy hot drinks ($2), followed by pumpkin carving at the Nature Center Amphitheater ($5 per pumpkin, cash only, first 50 guests). In the afternoon, the Ssssnakes program brings live animals to the amphitheater to meet North America’s longest snake and Indiana’s strongest predatory snake.
Proceeds support the Friends of McCormick’s Creek, and the park entrance fee applies.
