Christmas in Pendleton

Downtown Pendleton welcomes the holiday season with a full day of family-friendly fun themed Christmas Around the World. Falls Park becomes the center of celebration, filled with sights and sounds inspired by traditions from across the globe. Kids can enjoy train rides, meet real reindeer, and stop for face painting before heading to Gallery 119 to share wish lists with Santa.

Around town, visitors can sip cocoa, make s’mores by the fire at Nellie Fayes, and meet the Snow Queen for a photo. More than 100 vendors and local shops offer holiday goods, treats, and handmade finds throughout the day.

As evening falls, the downtown streets light up with the illuminated parade, followed by the community Snowball Fight at Falls Park and the new Tree Lighting ceremony. This event suits families, friends, and neighbors looking to celebrate together and take part in a mix of local charm and global holiday spirit.
