Event Features:
Davis Homes: The centerpiece of this year’s exhibition, a craftsman-style ranch home, is constructed entirely within the Exposition Hall at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. Davis Homes, a local builder, is showcasing its Eastland floor plan. Inside design is the creative work of Greg Riley and Ann Walker with landscaping by JMT Landscape Group.
Unsellable Houses: Twin sisters and real estate consultants Leslie Davis and Lyndsay Lamb, known from HGTV’s “Unsellable Houses”, will share their expertise on home renovations. Attend their session on Friday, January 19 and Saturday, January 20.
Jeff Devlin: Jeff Devlin, host of Magnolia Network shows, specializes in custom woodworking and transforming historical structures into modern homes. Attendees can meet him on Friday, January 26 and Saturday, January 27.
Interior Design: Nina Klemm, an expert in interior design, real estate, and fashion, will display her latest trends under her brand, “Sleek by Nina K”, in Expo Hall.
Marketplace Shopping: The Marketplace offers a boutique shopping experience, showcasing curated home décor, furniture, clothing, gifts, and more.
Home Organizing: Visit the Declutter Your Home feature in Expo Hall. Brandie Price of Funky Junk Dumpsters will share her tips for organizing and decluttering.
Outdoor Design and Games: Precision Outdoors presents a Backyard Oasis for outdoor design inspiration, including a pickleball setup and backyard games.
Wine Bar: The Wine Bar, presented by Booher Remodeling and PRP Wine International, offers a selection of wines for attendee enjoyment.
Expert Advice: Precision Outdoors Living Stage will host various Home Show presentations, offering attendees advice on building their outdoor dream space.
Hero Day: Friday, January 19 is dedicated as Hero Day. Free admission and parking will be available for all active and retired military, police, and fire personnel.
