Generations of viewers have been introduced to classical and operatic music by that “wascally wabbit” Bugs Bunny and his cartoon co-stars. Now, children of all ages can immerse themselves in a live orchestral soundtrack while enjoying 16 classic Looney Tunes animated shorts on the big screen at the elegant Payne & Mencias Palladium!
Bugs Bunny at the Symphony returns to central Indiana for two shows, in a dynamic new edition celebrating the beloved character’s 85th anniversary. The animated shorts include Baton Bunny, The Rabbit of Seville, What’s Opera, Doc?, Corny Concerto, Long-Haired Hare and many others, including the world premiere of a just-produced Looney Tunes short saluting Bugs’ 85 years. It’s the ultimate version of this cherished production, which is marking its own 35th anniversary.
