Where to have breakfast with the Grinch in Indianapolis

He might be a cuddly as a cactus and as charming as an eel, but Mr. Grinch is beginning to rival Santa for the number of events and appearances in the Indianapolis area this year. So whether or not you’d touch him with “a thirty-nine and a half inch pole,” the famed Dr. Seuss character is offering many opportunities for a meet – who knows, you might be able to get him to crack a smile!
Here are 4 spots to have breakfast with the Grinch in Indianapolis this holiday season:

1. December 5 at Silver Centre Hall

Enjoy a hot Whoville breakfast feast at Silver Centre Hall: Real WHOs will serve Cindy Lou Who pancakes, Augustus May Who sausage and everyone’s favorite…green eggs & ham. Kids will also engage in Christmas activities, crafts and have their picture taken with the Grinch! Tickets range from $10-$20; children 2 and under FREE. Event begins at 10am.

2. December 12 with Fishers Parks and Rec

Breakfast with the Grinch returns to Roy G. Holland Park on Saturday, December 12 from 9 to 10 a.m. This event is back by popular demand, and if the menu doesn’t impress you, the guests will! Breakfast includes Grinch fingers, Cindy-Lou’s sausage, Green Eggs and Ham and beverages for the family. Also includes a photo opportunity with the Grinch and a holiday craft for each child. Tickets range $12-18/child. Registration required by 12/4.

3. December 19 in Brownsburg

Most wouldn’t touch him with a ninety-nine {sic} and a half foot pole but, Brownsburg Parks have invited him to breakfast! Join in as they kick off Winter Break at the Well Community Building by having Breakfast with the Grinch. Participants will receive breakfast sponsored by IHOP, a picture with the Grinch, and enjoy Dr. Seuss’ The Grinch on the big movie screen. Tickets $10/person. Event begins at 8am.

4. December 20 at the Indianapolis Propylaeum

WHO’s coming straight from Whoville to the Propylaeum this December? The GRINCH, that’s who! And he’s anxious to meet little “who’s” at the Indianapolis Propylaeum Who-ville Brunch where you’ll dine on yummy Roast Beast, Who Taters and other Who-ville specialties!! Come dine with the Grinch and create a new “who”-liday tradition! Event runs 11:30am-1:30pm. Tickets required and run $21-35/ea.
