The West Side Nut Club organizes and sponsors a Fall Festival every October. The festival features free entertainment, carnival attractions, over 137 food booths, amateur talent competitions and a parade on the last day. The festival draws more than 200,000 people, making it one of the largest street festivals in the United States.
The West Side Nut Club also holds a halfpot during the event and the halfpot total was $1,515,260 in 2021.
