Wild Wonders Early Learning Program

The Wild Wonders Early Learning Program offers a hands-on adventure for young children and their caregivers. Designed for ages 3-5, this 90-minute program encourages exploration and discovery through play-based activities that foster curiosity about the natural world. Each session features a different theme, allowing children to learn about a variety of animals and habitats.

2025 Program themes and dates:

• Backyard Animals – July 12
• Flamingos – Aug 7 or 9
• Sharks – Aug 21 or 23
• Elephants – Sept 11 or 13
• Wild Cats – Sept 18 or 20
• Bears – Nov 6 or 8
• Rainforests – Nov 13 or 15

• Time: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
• Location: Indianapolis Zoo
• Cost:
  • Zoo members: $22.50 (includes one child and one adult)
  • Nonmembers: $35 (includes one child, one adult, and Zoo admission for both)
  • Additional adult (limit one per program):
    • Members: $5
    • Nonmembers: $15
