The Johnson County Public Library’s Franklin Branch screens movies with accommodations for people with sensory disorders, autism or other special needs, including dim lighting, captions, lower sound and fidgets. Families can bring a blanket or something comfy to sit on, and each showing has a 15-minute intermission.
The movies are free and open to all ages. Registration is not required, though families can register for an email reminder.
