Zionsville Lions Club Fall Festival

Join the Zionsville Lions Club for their 69th annual fall festival. This year’s theme is “Chills & Thrills. At this fall festival, you’ll find carnival games, bounce houses, parade, arts & crafts vendors, and the American Dream Car Show. There is truly something for everyone at this event. Free.

Come celebrate a weekend of innovation and feel filled with wonder at the 2022 Jupiter Flights Balloon Festival. On Friday and Saturday evening, enjoy live music, food, bounce houses and a balloon race to kick off a spectacular balloon glow featuring special shapes. On Saturday and Sunday at dawn, cheer on your favorite balloons as pilots fill the sky in exciting competitions, with a grand champion announced after Sunday’s final race!

Indianapolis Fire Department (IFD) Annual Showcase

Sept. 10 | 10 am-2 pm | St. Luke’s United Methodist Church

St. Luke’s is excited to host the 2nd annual Indianapolis Fire Department (IFD) Annual Showcase.  The Indianapolis Fire Department will be on hand, along with their vehicles, allowing you to see them up close. Special stations will also be set up to educate you about the services provided by the fire department, as well as rescue protection and medical emergency demonstrations. Free.

Opera in the Park

Sept. 10 | 7-11 pm | Garfield Park MacAllister Amphitheater

The 5th annual Opera in the Park performance will take place at MacAllister Amphitheater at Garfield Park.  The night will feature an all-Indiana line-up of music celebrities, with concert hosts, opera super-star Angela Brown and conductor Alfred Savia, alongside musical guests, pianist Joshua A.
